This deep-seated experience revealed a critical need: to harness the power of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation (RPA) to navigate the complexities of the ever-evolving AI landscape effectively. In early 2016, Lisa and JK embarked on thorough research to quantify the value of integrating AI and RPA into existing GRC processes. The compelling benefits and transformative potential uncovered by their analysis directly led to the founding of I3Mation, Inc.

In the second quarter of 2018, they brought on former colleague Joe Reed. Maddy Balanagu and Charles “Chase” Davis to develop automation models and algorithms to automate key business processes, regulatory requirements ingestion, legal interpretation, AI systems validation, and other business process workflows. Currently, the company provides AI strategy and governance, as well as fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) services. We develop AI models and agents tailored to business use cases and design requirements.
